A Prayer

I did have a great birthday - no doctors and I felt great all day!!!

Last night, when I was reading my devotions, the Lord gave me this verse. This is my prayer:

Many are asking, "Who can show us any good?"
Let the light of your face shine upon us , O Lord.
You have filled my heart with greater joy than
when their grain and new wine abound.
I will lie down and sleep in peace,
for you alone, O Lord,
make me dwell in safety.
Psalm 4:6-8

Christie,
I was prayer walking around the prayer room a little while ago, lifting you up and I landed on Psalm 3 and Psalm 4! I was excited to see you landing on Psalm 4 as well. I was also meditating on this section of Psalm 3: "But you, O Lord, are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head. I was crying to the Lord with my voice, and He answered me from His holy mountain. I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the Lord sustains me." I pray that God continues to sustain you and to place His shield about you. I love you, hope you had a great day celebrating with your dad!
